We are a small company of 2 bakers in Princeton, NJ specializing in handmade strudels of various flavors and gluten-free desserts. We share the Coop Kitchen with the following local businesses: Simply Nic’s, Jen’s Cakes and Pastries, Ladybug Luggage, and the Wooden Spoon Catering Company.
